Can I still make auto-payments?
- Yes, you can still make monthly auto-payments by clicking on Payments > Monthly Auto Pay. When you enroll in auto-pay, your monthly payments will automatically be deducted on your payment due date.
How can I validate my payment has been scheduled or completed?
- You will receive an email from GE Money Bank confirming your payment has been scheduled. In addition, you can check your payment status and history by logging into your account and then clicking Payments > Payment Status/History.
I made a payment before the site changed – what happens to that payment?
- Your payment will still be made as previously scheduled. Click on Payments > Payment Status/History to confirm your payment.
What’s the difference between “Set-up multiple payments” and “Monthly Auto-Pay”?
- When you sign-up for “Monthly Auto-Pay” your payment will automatically be deducted each month on your payment due date. When you choose “Set-up multiple payments,” you can select up to six future payment amounts and dates.
How can I cancel my monthly auto-pay?
- You can cancel your monthly auto-payment enrollment by clicking on Payments > Monthly Auto-Pay and then clicking on Turn Auto-Pay Off
Can I schedule more than six payments?
- Using the “Set-up multiple payments” option, you can schedule up to six payments. At any available time, you can only have 6 pending payments.
