Mortgage Calculator ( Launch Tool )
This tool helps you estimate your future mortgage payments with different types of mortgages. Use this tool on your own to learn about different types of mortgages, or use it with your mortgage agent or broker to understand your different options.
This tool has two tabs: Monthly Payment and Projections. The first estimates your monthly payments. The second projects the value of your home and your home equity in the future.
- MONTHLY PAYMENT TAB: Click the mortgage type from the drop-down list and use the sliders to change the inputs.
- PROJECTIONS TAB: Enter how long you expect to own your home, the current value of your home, and the estimated annual increase in the value of your home.
